Trixie is by Whipp Hancock Xavier (4879161) 2006 blue roan stallion. Xavier is a product of the famous Broke Bones Cattle Company. He has the desirable blue roan color and a long heritage of hard working and using type horses. He was broke to ride and has been lightly roped on. Whipp Hancock Xavier is by Pede Hancock Boy (37510701) 1998 blue roan stallion who has earned 183 AQHA Open performance points, a 2002 Open performance ROM, 2003 Superior Tie Down Roping, and qualified for the 2004 World Show in Sr Tie Down Roping, Sr Heading and Sr Heeling. Pede Hancock Boy is by Hancocks Blue Boy (2528432) 1986 blue roan stallion, sire of 10 performing offspring with earnings of $3,937 and 498 AQHA points. sire of BLUE BOYS DRIFTER ($3,938 and 233.5 AQHA points: 4th AQHA High Point Junior Heeling, Superior Heeling),  TIMBER HAWK HANCOCK (55 AQHA points: Open Perf. ROM, AQHA World Junior Heading qualifier). The paternal dam side of Trixie's pedigree is also from the Broken Bones Cattle Company and has a heavy Hancocks Blue Boy influence.

Trixie is out of Poco Kings Diamond who is by Poco Cuffs Snuffy. She traces back to Poco Bueno (AQHA Hall of Fame, AQHA Champion, Performance ROM. Poco Bueno sired offspring with Superiors in halter and performance, AQHA Champions, ROM earners, NCHA money earners including Poco Tivio (2 time NCHA World Champion), Poco Pine (AQHA Open Champion), Poco Panzarita (AQHA Open Champion), Poco Mona ($49,655 NCHA and Hall of Fame), and Poco Stampede (NCHA World Champion). She also traces to Sportin Peppy (NCHA $12,915, and PHBA 85 performance points) who sired NCHA money earners, and Mr San Peppy (NCHA $107,866), two-time NCHA Open World Champion, AQHA Cutting World Champion, NCHA Hall of Fame and first NCHA horse to win over 100,000.

Trixie was our first venture into the Hancock/Valentine bred horses. She is a combination of Hancock, Blue Valentine and Poco Bueno. We like the amount of substance and bone she has to offer. She was broke to ride in 2012 and was very quiet and easy going. She is one of our favorite broodmares because of her quiet nature. Her foals are usually the first to come up to visit.
