Cody is an own son of Eds Cody by Topsail Cody. Eds Cody (NRHA $9,037) was shown by Tim McQuay to; NRHA Reserve World Champion, Saddlesmith Champion, and NRHA Derby Open class champion. Cody is out of TAMU Nu Bar Bella by Nu Bar. Nu Bar ($16,539) was an NCHA futurity champion, earned an NCHA bronze award and an AQHA ROM. Cody's siblings have now earned over $26,000 in NRHA earnings and 111 AQHA points.

Cody was started as a two year old and was an extremely fast learner. He inherited the fast learning, easy going nature of Topsail Cody. He was turned out to physically mature and received permanent injuries in the pasture. He is rideable and we use him lightly around the ranch for cattle work and to give 4H clinics. Cody goes to local open shows and he is always well mannered and frequently mistaken for a gelding.
